No. AI is one tool inside StarLoop. It writes lessons, patches your summaries, and grades quizzes. But the method is the product: a five-step loop built on decades of cognitive-science research. The AI works for the method, not the other way around.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude or NotebookLM?+
AI chatbots will answer your questions. NoebookLM will help with generation, which is the easy part. StarLoop sequences the steps, makes you retrieve and explain, detects your gaps, and brings weak ideas back on a schedule.
